Once your account is created, placing your first order for hosting or a domain is quick and straightforward.
Steps to Place an Order
- Log in to your Client Area at cennovadigital.co.za/clientarea
- Click Store from the top navigation menu
- Browse and select the product you want (e.g. Web Hosting, Domain, Email Hosting)
- If ordering hosting, choose your domain — register a new one or use an existing one
- Select your billing cycle (monthly or annually)
- Review your order in the shopping cart
- Click Checkout and complete payment
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit / Debit Card
- EFT / Bank Transfer
- PayFast
After Payment
Your service will be activated automatically once payment is confirmed. You will receive a welcome email with your login details and next steps.
Tip: If your service is not activated within 15 minutes of payment, please open a support ticket and our team will assist you immediately.
