Terms & Conditions

By ordering, purchasing, or using any Cennova Digital service — including hosting, domain registration, email, VoIP, website design, or digital marketing — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Cennova Digital operates as an accredited reseller under domains.co.za for domain registration and hosting infrastructure.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not order or use our services. Pricing, refunds, and cancellations are covered in detail in our Refund Policy, and how we handle your personal information is covered in our Privacy Policy — both form part of this agreement by reference.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering
• You're responsible for all activity under your Client Area account, including keeping your login credentials secure
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate an account at our discretion, including on suspicion of fraud

• Domains are registered and managed via our reseller relationship with domains.co.za, subject to the relevant registry's policies (ZADNA for .za domains, ICANN for gTLDs)
• .co.za, .joburg, .durban, and .capetown transfers use the ZADNA vote process — no EPP code required
• .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .mobi, .online, and .xyz transfers require a valid EPP/authorisation code
• Unpaid renewals may enter a grace period, then a redemption period (restorable at an extra fee), before the domain is released

• We use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service — see our Service Level Agreement below
• You're responsible for your own backups in addition to any backup service we provide
• VoIP call quality depends on your internet connection and is not guaranteed against issues outside our control
• VoIP emergency calling may not behave identically to a traditional fixed line

• Design projects follow the scope, timeline, and deliverables in the agreed quotation — work outside scope may incur extra charges
• Monthly website packages under a service agreement may carry an early cancellation fee, disclosed at sign-up
• Marketing services (SEO, social, paid ads) do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue, as outcomes depend on factors outside our control
• Ad spend on platforms like Google or Meta is separate from our management fee unless otherwise agreed

By using Cennova Digital services, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Abusing server resources in a way that degrades service for other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems or networks

The 99.9% uptime commitment does not apply during:

• Scheduled maintenance windows
• Third-party provider or infrastructure failures outside our control

Cennova Digital uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience and to analyse traffic on our website. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser.

• Improve and personalise your experience on our platform
• Analyse website traffic and usage patterns
• Maintain your session while logged in to the Client Area

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant service in the three months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss (lost profit, data, or business), or for interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, registries, payment gateways, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated Effective Date at the top of this page.
