When you log in to your Cennova Digital Client Area, you'll land on your personal dashboard. This is your control centre for everything related to your account — hosting, domains, billing, support, and more.
A walkthrough of every section on your dashboard — the welcome banner, the quick-access icon grid, and the top navigation bar — so you always know where to click.
The Welcome Banner
At the top of your dashboard, you'll see a personalised greeting followed by Welcome back, [Your Name]. Just below this is a rotating strip of quick links to your email, billing, and hosting — handy shortcuts to the same destinations found in the icon grid underneath.
The Quick-Access Icon Grid
This is the main hub of your dashboard. Each icon takes you to a different part of your account:
- My Service — view and manage the hosting, domain, or other services on your account
- Webmail — log in directly to your business email account
- Billing — view invoices, payment history, and outstanding balances
- Pricing — browse current hosting, domain, and service pricing
- My Profile — update your personal details and contact information
- Support — open a ticket or view existing conversations with our team
- Settings — manage account preferences and security
- Affiliates — access the referral programme, if applicable
- Other — additional tools and less frequently used features
A Logout link sits below the grid, letting you securely sign out at any time.
The Top Navigation Bar
Above your dashboard, the main site menu stays accessible wherever you go in the Client Area:
- Domain — register or manage domain names
- Web Hosting — browse hosting products
- Digital Marketing — explore marketing services
- Our Services — full list of services available
- Pricing — view pricing across all products
- Contact Us — get in touch with the Cennova Digital team
- Help — access help resources and documentation
On the right you'll also find a cart icon for items not yet checked out, and your account badge — click it for a dropdown of account-level options.
