Web design requirements

To build your website as quickly and accurately as possible, we need you to provide certain content and assets before we begin. This checklist covers everything required to get your project started.

Required Before We Start

• Your Logo — Provide your logo in PNG or SVG format with a transparent background. If you do not have a logo, let us know and we can design one for you.
• Website Content — All text for your pages including your About Us, Services, and Contact information. The more detail you provide, the better your website will represent your business.
• Images & Photos — High-quality photos of your business, products, team, or premises. We recommend at least 1920px wide. Stock images can be sourced if needed.
• Business Details — Your company name, physical address, phone number, email address, and social media links.
• Colour Preferences — Let us know your preferred colour scheme or provide your brand colours (hex codes if available).
• Website Examples — Share 2–3 websites you like the look of so we understand your style preference.

Optional But Helpful

• Existing brand guidelines or style guide
• Domain name (if already registered)
• Any existing marketing materials (brochures, business cards)

Note: The faster you provide your content, the faster we can complete your website. Projects typically take 5–10 business days from content receipt.
