Webmail lets you access your business emails from any browser, anywhere in the world — no email client setup required.
Steps to Access Webmail
- Open your web browser and go to: yourdomain.com/webmail
(Replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain) - Enter your full email address (e.g. info@yourdomain.co.za)
- Enter your email password
- Click Log In
- Choose Roundcube as your webmail client (recommended)

- Roundcube — Clean, modern interface. Best for everyday use.
- Horde — Feature-rich with calendar and tasks.
Setting Up Email on Your Phone or Outlook
To use your email in Outlook, Gmail app, or on your phone, you will need your IMAP/SMTP settings. These are:
- Incoming Mail (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com — Port 993 (SSL)
- Outgoing Mail (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com — Port 465 (SSL)
- Username: your full email address
- Password: your email password
Note: If you cannot log in, double-check your password or reset it from cPanel → Email Accounts.
